Van Aire Skyport is a private residential aviation community built on transparency, shared responsibility, and respect for both aviation and neighborhood living.

Board & Leadership

Van Aire Skyport Corporation is managed by a board of directors responsible for protecting owners’ property values, maintaining the runway and taxiway environment and community common property, overseeing operations, and supporting the long-term success of the neighborhood.

Board meetings are open to the public and members are encouraged to attend and stay informed about leadership, roles, and community decisions.

Meeting Minutes

Meeting minutes provide transparency and insight into community governance and decision making. 

Documents & Resources

Corporate governing documents provide structure and order to the community governance process.  These documents include the Articles of Incorporation, Declaration and Covenants, Bylaws, and Policies.  Supporting documents include the Airport Operating Rules and Regulations, and Guest Permission and Indemnification forms.
